Ryan O’Fee is an experienced litigator having appeared before all levels of courts in the Province of Alberta. He has also appeared before the provincial and supreme courts in the Province of British Columbia. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including serious and catastrophic injury litigation, insurance and risk management.

Ryan’s prior litigation experience involved representing insurers in respect to both first and third party claim. He was the Chair of the Canadian Bar Association, Alberta Insurance Section as well as a member for the executive for eight years.  This provides him unique insight into how personal injury claims are assessed and what is required to ensure a person can get fair compensation for his or her loss.

Ryan previously worked for a major Alberta law firm where he acted as counsel for a variety of clientele including national and multinational corporations. This includes construction companies and trades in litigation over claims for deficiencies; companies in contractual disputes, and clients in need of legal advice on issues of liability and loss.

He is a former instructor and evaluator of the Alberta Bar Admission Program (CPLED). He has presented in numerous areas of law before various clientele and interested groups.
